With the doors on and the rest of the outside pretty much buttoned up, we have turned to working on the interior systems and finishes. I have to say that it’s been pretty exciting to make some progress on new elements of the tiny house. Lately, we’ve been chipping away at the electrical system when we have a hour or two to spare in the evenings after work and farm chores are done. Makenzie wired her first outlet the other day when we were snowed in. Another project that’s currently underway is installing the ceiling. We opted to go with quarter inch thick tongue and groove boards and faux beams to mimic the look of the roof sheathing and purlins that the ceiling boards cover up. Many thanks to Jim and Adan for their help here.
